There are two ways to share access to a project with others:
- Share access to all projects in your organisation by inviting them as a team member
- Share access to a single project
Guests can only see the projects they're specifically invited to in your organisation. Guest use your organisation's Viewer licenses.
Adding a user to a single project
Navigate to the project you want to share access to, then
- Open the Users tab
- Click on Invite Guests
On the following screen, enter the e-mails of up to 3 users (at a time, you can have as many guests in a project as you like, as long as there are available viewer licenses) and click Send Invite.
